Last year, GM announced plans to spend $2B on an electric vehicle plant in Spring Hill. Now, they just announced they are spending another $2.3B in middle Tennessee, this time for a battery plant. And on the heels of Oracle announcing they are spending $1.2B for its campus that will house 8500 new employees. Nashville is on a roll!
